On Feb. 21 Director of the Carrie Chang Fine Arts Center, Ben-hang Chang (first on the left), travelled to Kaohsiung to host the 46th Annual National Calligraphy Competition. The day was honored by special guests including President-elect Ing-wen Tsai (second on the right) and Mayor of Kaohsiung, Kiku Chen, who participated in the event.
