In order to promote a responsible living and the education of a well-rounded character building for TKU students, the Office of Student Affairs(OSA) have been espousing the importance of campus ethics and responsibility for years by hosting a series of activities relating to these issues for students at the beginning of each semester.
This year OSA has planned one specific activity in each month from September to December addressing various topics such as Vigorous Campus Life in September, Tamkang Culture in October, Successful College Students in November and Reflection and Future in December. OSA also published a “happy” booklet for freshmen on ways of enriching their campus life by understanding and taking conscientious advantage of the facilities on and off campus. Throughout the semester, there will be other events designed to involve students so that they will learn about the responsibility of being a good student and later on a good citizen possessing the virtues of courtesy, righteousness, honesty, sense of honor and a positive outlook of life.
