Prof. B. Devlammink, President of Haute Ecole-Leonard de Vinci, Belgium, and Dr. Hugo Marquant, Director of the Department of International Affairs of Haute Ecole-Leonard de Vinci, called on Tamkang University on Nov. 7, 2002.

Both Prof. Devlammink and Dr. Marquant said that TKU and Haute Ecole-Leonard de Vinci have reached an agreement to implement the exchange of professors and to strengthen language courses for students of two universities.

TKU and Haute Ecole-Leonard de Vinci are maintaining sister relations.

TKU has so far been maintaining sister relations with 67 universities around the world.
